Shield your Model Y (Juniper) Hood with our premium pre-cut Avery Dennison Supreme Defense PPF. Often referred to as a "Clear Bra," this DIY kit is designed precisely for the 2026+ Juniper Refresh. It shields the most prominent high-impact zone against rock chips, scratches, and road debris while preserving the factory finish. This kit focuses specifically on the Hood, providing a high-value entry point for paint protection.
Skip the professional shop. We engineered this kit specifically for beginners, breaking the process down into simple, manageable steps. The hood is the perfect panel to start your DIY journey.
These kits are made-to-order using fresh film to ensure maximum adhesion. As such, returns are ineligible. However, we've got your back on installation mishaps...
Mistakes happen. Join our PRO Membership for total peace of mind, including free replacements if you mess up a panel.
The Installation Tool Kit is sold separately to provide customers with the maximum cost savings. Many experienced DIY installers already own the necessary specialized tools, such as squeegees and microfibers, and should not have to pay for them twice.
For the beginner, our specialized tool kit is the recommended purchase because it contains everything needed for a flawless job, including Precision-Engineered Squeegees (designed for PPF thickness) and Essential Slip/Tack Solutions for a bubble-free finish.
Choosing our DIY Kit offers tremendous savings. A professional shop typically charges $1,800 to $2,500 for a full front installation. By doing individual panels like the hood yourself, you are saving approximately 70% to 80% on labor costs.
"Clear Bra" is another name for Paint Protection Film (PPF). Our kits use genuine Avery Dennison Supreme Defense PPF, which features a self-healing Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) layer (8 Mil thick) to defend against rock chips.
No, the hood is one of the easiest panels to learn on. Our kits are designed specifically for beginner DIY installers by providing precision pre-cut templates—removing the hardest step (trimming) entirely.
Absolutely. Our Avery Dennison Supreme PPF features a specialized top-coating designed for heat-activated self-healing. When exposed to warmth (sunlight or warm water), minor scratches and swirl marks disappear.
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply for using an aftermarket product. Tesla would only deny coverage if the installation itself caused specific damage.
You must wait a minimum of 7 days. This waiting period is critical to allow the adhesive to fully cure and bond with your car's paint.
Master the art of PPF installation with our comprehensive training course
Our step-by-step video course covers everything from basic techniques to advanced Tesla-specific installation methods.

The installation process was straightforward, and all the necessary tools were included, including a clay bar and car wash soap. The video tutorial was clear and very helpful for beginners.
Installing the film does require patience and attention to detail, but the final result looks fantastic. The film is also very forgiving, allowing you to reposition and reapply sections multiple times if needed. Overall, a great product with excellent value and professional-looking results.
The videos were super helpful and DIY friendly. It does take practice but taking your time will go a long way. Don’t rush.
I bought this kit back on May 1st. When I received it, I was excited and started working on it right away. After getting a few pieces on i got to the bumper and realized it didn't fit because they sent me a performance model bumper, performance model trunk with badge cutout, performance model rear bumper. My order was for a Y Premium. Also the fenders I ordered the disassembly required and I received the non disassembly leaving big gaps around my cameras. I contacted support and it took me about 4 or 5 days of messaging them to finally get a response. They processed replacement pieces on May 7th. The product didn't ship until May 17th and finally received the replacements on May 23rd. Close to a month that I didn't drive my car because it looked dumb with certain parts matte and the other shiny without PPF. There was no compensation offered for such long wait times and communication was very scarce. So before you install make sure you receive the correct products so you don't have a half PPFd car. Also, I found random what seem like hairs, but its the glue or something under the PPF. Considering reaching out again because of this, but not sure if I want to wait another month just to get replacements. By the way this is the 2nd time they sent me wrong products as well. Install was not too bad just take your time and make sure all trapped liquid is out.
This was hard work. I spent two days working on the front ppf in addition to other smaller ppf kits. But I now feel I have gained another skill and feel I can tackle any other ppf kits for my car. My work is not perfect, but if perfection was my goal, I would’ve taken my car to a professional in the first place. I can drive and enjoy my car, knowing the car is protected and perfect underneath my imperfect work. :) The learning experience and the thought DIY Wrap Club put into the product/course were impressive. Thank you!
First ever PPF job on a car. LOOK GREAT!
