These terms apply to MARLEY, the internal content-production assistant that TESBROS, INC ("we", "us") runs for the DIY Wrap Club YouTube channel. They don't apply to our online store, which has its own terms of service.

1. Who may use MARLEY

MARLEY is an internal tool. Only members of our content team whom we authorize may use it, through our private Slack workspace. It isn't offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, and no other YouTube channel may connect to it.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

MARLEY uses YouTube API Services. By using MARLEY, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and how MARLEY handles YouTube data is described in our MARLEY and YouTube privacy policy.

3. How MARLEY may be used

• Only for DIY Wrap Club's own channel and its own videos.
• Every reply to a comment, and every other change on YouTube (an upload, a title, description, thumbnail or publish time), must be approved by an authorized team member before MARLEY carries it out, except in the two automatic programs our team set up: test Shorts cut from our own videos (up to 3 a day, each checked by an automated review before upload) and title or thumbnail tests on our own older videos (5 a week, put back after 28 days if they didn't help). Our team sets their limits, reviews what they did every night, and can switch them off at any time.
• Users must follow the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube's Community Guidelines and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and may not use MARLEY to post spam, mislead viewers, or act on channels we don't own.

4. Your responsibilities

Team members are responsible for what they approve, and for what the automatic programs they switched on publish: the accuracy of titles, descriptions, thumbnails and replies, and that we have the rights to everything we upload.

5. No warranty

MARLEY is provided as-is for our internal use. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time.
