Shipping Time Frame

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours during business days.

• Standard U.S. Shipping: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days, but in rare cases, it may take up to 8 business days.
• 2-Day Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days from the time of fulfillment (processing time still applies).
• Custom Color Products (e.g., Cybertruck Vinyl Kits): These are made to order and can take up to 21 days to process before shipping.
• Canada & International Orders: Delivery can take up to 21 business days, depending on the courier and customs clearance process.

Do I need to pay custom fees?

International orders may be subject to charges/fees at customs. TESBROS LLC dba TeslaBros is not responsible for paying these charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict how much they might be – that is at the discretion of the customs office.
