This Privacy & Screenshot Use Disclaimer applies to screenshots, images, and information submitted to DIY Wrap Club as part of our New Owner Offer or similar promotional programs.

By submitting a screenshot or other information, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Your screenshot may also contain information that we do not need, such as your:

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

• Other personally identifying information

We encourage you to crop, cover, or blur any information that is not necessary before submitting your screenshot. In most cases, we only need to see enough information to confirm your upcoming delivery and eligibility for the offer.

How We Use Your Submission

Use of Screenshots for Marketing

By submitting a screenshot, you grant DIY Wrap Club permission to reproduce, edit, crop, redact, blur, display, publish, and share aredacted version of your submitted screenshot for legitimate marketing and promotional purposes.

• Social media
• Email marketing
• Digital advertisements
• Videos or other digital content
• Promotional graphics
• Other DIY Wrap Club marketing materials

Before publicly using a submitted screenshot, we will make reasonable efforts to remove, crop, obscure, or blur personally identifying information that is visible in the screenshot.

We donot intend to publicly display information such as your VIN, full name, personal email address, phone number, home address, Tesla order or reservation number, or similar personally identifying information as part of our marketing use.

No Sale of Submitted Screenshots

DIY Wrap Club does not sell submitted delivery screenshots or the personally identifying information contained within them to third parties for their independent use.

We may use service providers and technology platforms to help operate our website, forms, email marketing, customer service, analytics, and promotional programs. Information may be processed by these providers as necessary to provide those services on our behalf and subject to their applicable privacy and security obligations.

Your Responsibility When Submitting

Please review your screenshot carefully before uploading it.

Whenever possible, remove or obscure information that is not necessary for us to verify your eligibility.You should never submit passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through this promotion.

By submitting a screenshot, you represent that you have the right to provide the screenshot and the information contained within it.

Promotional Eligibility

Submitting a screenshot does not automatically guarantee eligibility for a discount, free gift, or other promotion.

DIY Wrap Club reserves the right to review submissions, request additional information when reasonably necessary, reject fraudulent or duplicate submissions, modify or discontinue a promotion, and enforce any additional terms stated on the applicable promotional page.

Permission to Use Redacted Submissions

Your permission for DIY Wrap Club to use a redacted version of your screenshot is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and allows us to use the redacted submission in connection with DIY Wrap Club marketing and promotional activities.

This permission doesnot authorize us to intentionally publish your unredacted personally identifying information.

Requests Regarding Your Submission

If you have questions about a screenshot you submitted or would like to request that DIY Wrap Club stop using a particular screenshot in future promotional materials, please contact us through our website.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor applicable requests. Please understand that we may not be able to recall or remove materials that have already been printed, distributed, published by third parties, or incorporated into previously produced content.
