DIY Wrap Club Pro Membership Terms

Effective October 24, 2025

1. Overview and acceptance
   By purchasing Pro you agree to these terms. We may update terms from time to time. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and for consumer use only.

2. What Pro includes
   a. Everything in Plus
   b. Up to three free replacements per order, then 50 percent off additional eligible replacements from that same order
   examples
   single-piece items up to three free replacements of that item from that order total across time then 50 percent off additional replacements from that order
   multi-piece kits up to three components or panels free from that order for example any combination of chrome delete trims or front PPF panels then 50 percent off additional components or panels from that order
   c. Free shipping on all replacement orders, continental US only
   d. VIP support and early access with special offers

3. Replacements and eligibility
   a. Replacement means an eligible panel or component from a product previously purchased from DIY Wrap Club or TESBROS using the same product and variant options
   b. Benefits apply per original order. If you purchased the same product in separate orders, each order has its own replacement eligibility
   c. Free replacements do not apply to full kits or premium bundles
   d. All replacement requests must be submitted through our Replacement Portal. We may verify the original purchase before fulfillment
   e. Once any replacement is requested for an order, the original order cannot be returned for a refund

4. Membership period and manual renewal
   a. Pro is a one-year membership with manual renewal. It does not auto-renew
   b. We will email you about seven days before your term ends as a courtesy reminder

5. Returns, cancellation, and refunds for Pro
   a. You may cancel Pro at any time from your account
   b. Membership refunds follow a 60-day window from purchase. If you used any Pro benefits including free or discounted replacements or free shipping on a replacement order we may reduce or deny a refund in proportion to benefits used
   c. If any replacement is requested on an order, that order is no longer eligible for return

6. Shipping and availability
   a. Free shipping on replacement orders applies to contiguous United States only. Surcharges or longer timelines may apply for AK, HI, PR, and international
   b. Carrier delays and inventory constraints may affect delivery times

7. Misuse and abuse
   We may suspend or terminate membership for suspected fraud, resale, or excessive or abusive replacement activity.

8. Changes to benefits or price
   We may change benefits or price at renewal. Changes will be posted on our site before your next renewal window.

9. Governing law and contact
